In the unfortunate instance that your goods are faulty when they arrive, we recommend
that you contact the manufacturer as per their warranty support instructions. You
will need to establish with the manufacturer that the goods are indeed faulty, and
obtain a return authorization number along with a case number.
You will then need to contact Ozlocal Signs on (02) 9524 0553 or email admin@ozlocalsigns.com.au
stating the invoice number, the fault description, the manufacturers' return authorization
number and the case number. Once we receive your email we will apply for the goods
to be returned for replacement. If the goods become faulty after seven (7) days
then you need to contact the manufacturers warranty support line and follow their
instructions in regards to warranty repair.

Goods cannot be returned for credit unless there are exceptional circumstances and
any goods that are opened or are not in a saleable condition as new products will
not be accepted for return
